Ashdale House

This residential home provides personal care for up to two younger adults with learning disabilities and autistic people with sensory and communication impairments. The service supports individuals with varying degrees of disability and complex behaviours in a community-based setting. Two residents were living there at the time of inspection.

People felt safe in the service and were protected from the risk of abuse. Risks to people's safety were managed effectively, and staff were recruited safely. Residents received their prescribed medicines, which were managed safely. The service maintained high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, and staff followed COVID-19 government guidance.
