Community Places-Clifton Drive

Community Places - Clifton Drive provides personal care to up to 16 people, supporting those with mental health conditions and learning disabilities. At the time of inspection, 10 people were using the service. The home is committed to ensuring residents receive respect, equality, dignity, and choices while maintaining their independence and access to local communities.
