The CQC rated the home Good overall, finding previous breaches around safe care and governance had been resolved, with stronger oversight of medicines and effective systems to learn from accidents and incidents.
Inspectors found staff were kind, attentive and knew people well, with care plans reflecting individual preferences and health needs followed up appropriately. People and relatives spoke positively about safety, food, activities and leadership, though some felt staffing could be stretched at busier times, particularly weekends.
