Ivy Court

Ivy Court cares for up to 70 residents across two floors, accommodating older people and younger adults with dementia, sensory impairment, and physical disabilities. At inspection, 48 people were using the service, which features dining and lounge areas on each level.

Inspectors found that some residents did not receive appropriate support during lunchtime, and those requiring specialized diets did not consistently receive them. Daily care records sometimes failed to accurately reflect the support residents actually received. The management team acknowledged these issues and committed to addressing them.
