Magnolia House Residential Care Home

Magnolia House provides personal care to 62 people aged 65 and over, including those living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 60 residents were living there. The home maintains a safe environment with risk assessments in place and measures to reduce known risks. Medicines are administered safely, and infection control practices keep the home clean and hygienic. Staffing levels are adequate to meet residents' care and support needs, with well-trained staff who are described by residents and relatives as kind, caring and compassionate. People have access to GPs and other healthcare professionals as needed, and individual care needs are properly assessed.
