Fernleaf Residential Home

Fernleaf Residential Home accommodates up to 21 people requiring nursing or personal care, with a particular focus on supporting those living with dementia. At inspection, 17 residents were living in the home, which spans two floors with communal areas and outdoor space.

However, inspectors identified significant concerns. Risk management was inconsistent, with medicines and infection control not always handled safely. Internal quality assurance processes were ineffective at monitoring the service, meaning necessary improvements were not being made.
