Magna Road

Magna Road provides accommodation and personal care for up to seven people with autism and learning disabilities, each with their own bedroom and ensuite. The CQC rated the home Good overall, following a focused look at risk management, staffing and medicines after concerns were raised, finding no evidence that people were at risk of harm.

Inspectors observed people who appeared happy and at ease, with staff recognising individual, non-verbal cues and providing dignified, person-centred care. Practice reflected national guidance on supporting people with a learning disability and autistic people, with choice, control and least restrictive approaches evident throughout.
