The care home accommodates seven people with autism, learning disabilities, or physical disabilities in a comfortable setting with individual ensuite bedrooms and spacious communal areas including a lounge, conservatory, sensory room, dining areas, and secure garden. These facilities support social distancing and provide varied environments for residents to use.

Residents have received tailored support to understand COVID-19, including easy-read guidance and social stories explaining topics such as social distancing, national restrictions, and the use of personal protective equipment. This approach ensures information is accessible to people with different communication needs and abilities.
