The Piers is a small care home providing personal care for up to three people with a learning disability and/or autism. The CQC rated the service Good overall, finding it performing well against expectations for supporting people with a learning disability and autistic people to live full, independent lives.

Inspectors found staff knew people well and treated them with kindness and dignity, supported by person centred care plans and regular risk assessments. Staff felt well supported through training and supervision, and relatives described their loved ones as happy, saying they always wanted to return home to The Piers after visits.
