Madison Court

Madison Court is a care home providing personal and nursing care for up to 66 people across three floors. At the time of inspection, 62 residents were living at the service. The home has dedicated staff to ensure people are received safely and supported in accordance with national guidance.

During the inspection, staff were observed using Personal Protective Equipment appropriately. The service ensured residents and their relatives understood policies and procedures for COVID-19 protection, including isolation processes, to help keep people safe.
