Abbeyrose Court

This residential care home provides personal and nursing care for up to 46 people across two separate ground floor wings, each with adapted facilities. At inspection, 40 people were using the service.

Procedures are in place to keep people safe, and they receive their medicines when needed with sufficient staff available to meet their needs. People are supported to have maximum choice and control of their lives, with staff supporting them in the least restrictive way possible. However, the home's policies and systems do not always support people's best interests.
