The environment was adapted to support social distancing, with shielding measures in place.

A dedicated area was available to accommodate residents who developed COVID-19 symptoms or tested positive.

Admission procedures were carefully managed, with virtual assessments completed before people moved in. Residents were only admitted following evidence of a negative COVID-19 test, ensuring the safety of both new arrivals and existing residents.
