Elizabeth Court

Elizabeth Court is a residential care home providing personal and nursing care to up to 44 older people, some of whom live with dementia. The service operates across two separate floors, each with adapted facilities. At inspection, 42 people were using the service.

Improvements were needed to the management of people's medicines and to the processes for reviewing, monitoring and overseeing records. Sufficient staff were on duty to meet people's needs, and systems were in place to safeguard people from harm. Regular checks were carried out to ensure the living environment remained safe.
