Loughton Hall

Loughton Hall accommodates up to 33 older people requiring nursing or personal care, including those living with dementia. At inspection, 28 residents were using the service.

Inspectors found that medicines were not always managed safely, though environmental risks were properly assessed and monitored. Risk assessments accurately reflected residents' current needs, and staffing levels were sufficient to meet care demands. Recruitment practices had improved, and safeguarding policies were being followed and reported appropriately.
