Beechlands

Beechlands provides personal care without nursing for up to 26 people, some of whom may be living with dementia. At inspection, 14 people were using the service, which operates over two floors in a residential area. The home had implemented infection control measures including temperature checks, personal protective equipment, and separate building entrances to protect residents' safety. People were supported to maintain contact with loved ones through electronic devices and scheduled call times, with visitors permitted for those receiving end of life care.
