Longview

Longview is a residential care home providing accommodation and personal care for up to 70 older people, including those living with dementia. At the time of the assessment, 64 people were living there, supported across two floors with shared communal areas.

Inspectors found the service had improved since its last inspection and was no longer in breach of regulations relating to safety, safeguarding, staffing and governance. There were enough trained staff, care was planned to protect people's welfare, and the registered manager showed good oversight. People and relatives described staff as kind, attentive and approachable, and felt safe and well looked after.
