Willow Bay

Willow Bay Care Home provides accommodation and personal care for up to 5 people, supporting adults with a learning disability and/or autistic people. The CQC found the service performing well overall and rated it Good. Inspectors found staff were trained, well supported and understood how to help people manage risks safely, with enough staff on hand.

Feedback from people and relatives was positive, describing a caring and attentive service. The CQC found staff knew people well and had been safely recruited, and the home met national guidance on right support, right care and right culture for people with a learning disability and autistic people.
