About Link House

Link House is a residential care home in Lincolnshire, providing support for people with learning disabilities and autistic people. Further details on the CQC's most recent findings are set out below.

Link House is a care home supporting up to 8 people with learning disabilities and autistic people, all places occupied at the time of the assessment. The CQC found significant improvement since the previous inspection, with the provider no longer in breach of any regulations. Medicines were managed safely, risks were well managed, and there were enough trained staff to meet people's needs.

As a result, the service has come out of special measures and is no longer rated inadequate.

Inspectors found people had good relationships with staff, including a key worker of their choosing, and were supported to be independent and access their local community. Relatives confirmed people were happy and well cared for, with good access to healthcare. Rooms reflected people's individual tastes, and quality monitoring systems were found to be effective under supportive management.
