Link House

Link House provides personal care and support to six young people with learning disabilities. The home is designed around values of choice, promoting independence and inclusion, enabling residents to live as ordinary a life as any citizen.

People live in a safe environment with staff who understand safeguarding procedures and how to protect residents from abuse and harm. Risk assessments are completed to help staff minimise risks while avoiding unnecessary restrictions. The service recruits staff safely and maintains adequate staffing levels to support residents appropriately.
