The Sycamores provides personal care and support for up to eight people with learning disabilities or autistic spectrum disorder in the market town of Alford, Lincolnshire. It is part of Linkage Community Trust and receives support from regional and head office staff. At the time of inspection, eight people were living at the service.
The home works to enable people to live as full a life as possible and achieve the best outcomes. Staff support residents in line with best practice guidance for community-based care.
