Inspectors found significant concerns with medicines management. There were no protocols in place for medicines taken as needed, and running totals of controlled drugs were not being properly maintained. Some controlled drugs were not stored in line with legal requirements.
Additionally, risks to people's safety were not consistently recorded, with conflicting information documented in people's records.
