Swallowdale

Swallowdale is a care home providing personal care to six people, with capacity for up to eight residents with learning disabilities and autistic spectrum disorder. The service is designed to enable people to live as full a life as possible, with an emphasis on meaningful living that includes control, choice, and independence. Residents receive planned and coordinated person-centred support that is tailored to their individual needs and preferences.
