Liberty House

Liberty House accommodates up to 81 people, with 70 residents at the time of inspection. Some residents live with dementia. Staff know people well and can describe the support each person requires. Risks associated with care are identified and managed safely, with accidents and incidents monitored and evaluated to prevent future occurrences. People are safeguarded from abuse. Residents receive their medicines as prescribed by trained and competent staff who administer medication safely.
