Cantley Grange

Cantley Grange provides personal care for up to 40 residents, including people living with dementia. At inspection, 31 people were living at the home. Staff ensured people's needs were met promptly and safely, with residents and relatives reporting they felt secure. Staff understood safeguarding protocols and knew how to protect people from harm.

The home effectively monitored accidents and incidents to learn from events and improve practice. Risk assessments were in place and detailed, enabling staff to manage potential dangers safely. While the home had infection prevention and control measures in place, inspectors identified some areas requiring attention.
