Liberham Lodge

Gracewell of Bookham provides personal and nursing care for up to 70 people in one adapted building divided into three wings, each with their own lounge and dining area. At inspection, 54 people were living at the service.

The home has enhanced visiting processes in place that are regularly reviewed to align with Government guidance. People identified as struggling during the pandemic or showing distressed behaviour were able to have access to visitors, with each visit risk assessed on an individual basis to ensure both residents and relatives were kept safe.
