Liberham Lodge

Liberham Lodge is a nursing home providing care and support to adults with physical and health-related needs, including some people living with dementia. The CQC rated the service good overall, finding staff delivered safe, person-centred care that supported people's independence, choice and wellbeing. People had good access to healthcare and community life.

Inspectors found the management team, particularly the registered manager, to be hands-on, approachable and inclusive, with strong person-centred values. Equality and diversity were promoted well. Robust governance systems were in place, helping drive continuous improvement across the home.

Residents and relatives spoke positively about the care and atmosphere.
