Leyton House

Leyton House provides residential care and personal care for up to 15 people with mental health issues across three adjoining buildings with separate facilities. At inspection, 14 people were using the service. People feel safe at the home, with robust systems in place to protect them from harm. Detailed care plans and risk assessments guide staff in keeping residents safe, and medicines are managed safely. The provider uses safe recruitment practices for staff and maintains effective infection control procedures.

Relatives can visit at any time, and the provider has a system to review incidents and learn from them. Staff create a supportive environment where residents report feeling secure and well cared for.
