Ashwood House Limited (Leyton)

Ashwood House provides accommodation and personal care to adults with mental health needs, currently supporting 14 people out of its 17-person capacity. Staff are trained to identify abuse and neglect, with clear understanding of their safeguarding responsibilities. The service maintains appropriate staffing levels to meet residents' support needs and has systems in place for safe recruitment. Risk assessments are completed for each person and guide staff on how to keep them safe from avoidable harm.
