The service is staffed by the Polish Sisters of Mary Immaculate and Polish care staff, creating a community that addresses the religious, cultural and physical needs of residents. People are supported to live within a Polish community environment where their culture, religion and traditions are actively maintained and celebrated as part of their daily care.
