A previous breach relating to good governance had been resolved, though inspectors identified some areas needing improvement, including staff training around individual risks and delays in following up healthcare referrals.

People were supported to live active, fulfilling lives, pursuing college courses, work and hobbies, with independence encouraged throughout. Staff were described as kind, caring and attentive, and relatives and professionals spoke positively about the care provided. Housekeeping gaps had briefly affected cleanliness, but the provider acted promptly to address this.
