Welford Court provides accommodation and personal care for up to 14 older people and those living with dementia. The detached property spans two floors, with some bedrooms featuring en-suite facilities and communal areas including lounges, a dining room, and access to a large garden.

During the inspection, some environmental risks were identified but the registered manager addressed these concerns immediately. Staff had received safeguarding training and understood their responsibilities for protecting residents at risk. Medicines were managed safely and recruitment processes were secure.
