Cross Keys

Cross Keys provides accommodation for up to nine people with learning disabilities. At inspection, eight people were living at the service. People felt safe and happy living there, with one person stating, "I feel safe here" and another describing staff as "brilliant" and "helpful." Staff demonstrated kind and respectful interactions with residents and had developed caring, supportive relationships. Residents were supported to maintain contact with friends and family and were involved in decisions about their care and the running of the service. A consistent staff team provided care and support, knowing people well and understanding their individual needs.
