Klein is a residential care home supporting younger adults with mental health support needs, learning disabilities, and/or autism spectrum disorder. At the time of inspection, it was providing personal care to 2 people.

Staff enabled people to make choices about their living environments and personalise their spaces. People received support accessing specialist health services and planning daily routines suited to their needs. The home prioritised least restrictive practices, with staff recording any instances of restraint and using these to identify ways to reduce or avoid them in future.

Care was delivered with kindness and compassion, with staff protecting and respecting people's privacy and dignity at all times.
