Astor Hall is a residential care home accommodating up to 26 people with physical disabilities, some of whom also live with dementia or learning disabilities. The adapted building includes passenger lifts to support accessibility. At inspection, 21 people were residing at the service.

Staff supported residents to make choices about their daily lives and engage in tailored activities that promoted independence. People were helped to maintain and develop relationships, with enough trained staff on duty to provide proper support. The home's model of care maximized residents' choice, control and independence.
