Lenthall House

Lenthall House is a care home registered to support up to 40 people with a range of needs, including older people, those living with dementia, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, mental health needs and sensory impairments. At the time of the assessment, 38 people were living there. The CQC found the service was performing well overall, with previous concerns resolved and no ongoing breaches of regulations.

Inspectors found risks were properly identified and managed, medicines were given safely, and staff understood people's needs well. Relatives and health professionals praised the kind, attentive care and the positive impact of a recently appointed manager. Some improvements to décor and activities were still ongoing, and a few relatives remained cautious about the provider's commitment to further change.
