One commented that the home "has exceeded all my expectations for care, safety and maintaining dignity," while another said "Very nice, I enjoy living here, I feel safe." The home maintains effective safeguarding systems and procedures to protect people from abuse. Risks to residents' health, safety and welfare are identified and managed safely with involvement from residents and their representatives. Safe recruitment procedures are followed, medicines are managed securely, and systems exist for reporting accidents and incidents.
