Upton Grange Residential Home

Upton Grange is one of three care homes owned by Cheshire Residential Homes Trust, a charitable non-profit organisation. The home accommodates up to 25 people and had 20 residents at the time of inspection. It provides nursing or personal care alongside accommodation.

The registered manager carries out quality assurance processes, though issues were identified regarding the management of activity records, health and safety records, and risk assessments. The deployment of safe staffing levels also requires further review to improve monitoring and record keeping.
