Residents were empowered to maintain their independence, make their own life choices, and live active lives, with most in paid or voluntary employment. Everyone spoken with described it as a nice place to live where they were happy.

The service managed medicines safely, encouraging people who were able to control their own medication to do so, which promoted their independence. Staff were familiar faces, with most having worked for the provider for a considerable time, enabling them to provide consistent, personalized care.
