Hutton Manor Care Home

Hutton Manor provides personal care for up to 86 older people and younger adults, including those living with dementia and people with sensory and physical disabilities. The service is arranged across three floors, with the first floor specialising in dementia care. At inspection, 64 people were using the service.

Care plans were person-centred and detailed, though records showed inconsistencies and gaps in accuracy. Not all areas were updated consistently, and inspectors were not assured that preadmission assessments were being used to develop plans. Risk assessments were found to be insufficient.
