Inspectors found staff were kind, respectful and knew people well, with families describing a warm, homely atmosphere. Some gaps remained, including inconsistent record-keeping, cleanliness issues, incomplete moving and handling checks, and occasions where people's choices around food were not fully respected. Staffing had improved, though some staff still felt rushed at times.
