Farfield Drive is a short break respite care service for up to five people with learning disabilities, offering a holiday-style atmosphere in a purpose-built house with five bedrooms, communal areas and separate bathrooms. At the time of inspection, five people were using the service.

The service provides planned and coordinated person-centred support designed to help people live as full a life as possible, with emphasis on control, choice and independence. Staff support residents to achieve meaningful outcomes through an approach that recognizes the individual needs of people with learning disabilities and autism.
