Red Court Care Home & The Grove Care Home in Pudsey provides personal care across two separate buildings for up to 103 older people, some living with dementia. At inspection, 79 people were living at the service.

People felt safe and were treated with kindness and compassion. Staff had been provided with information on how to support people safely, and risks associated with people's care needs and the environment had been assessed. However, some risk management plans needed to be more detailed.

Overall, medicines were managed safely and stored securely. Minor improvements to records were identified, which the registered manager addressed during the inspection.
