Homecroft Residential Home

Homecroft provides personal care to up to 23 residents, most of whom are older people living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 19 people lived there.

Residents felt safe at the home. Staff and managers took action to protect people from harm, with risk assessment processes in place to prevent accidents and incidents. Recruitment policies were followed to ensure suitable staff appointments, and staffing levels were adequate to meet residents' needs. Medicines were appropriately managed to keep people safe.
