Inglewood Residential Rest Home

Inglewood Residential Rest Home accommodates up to 31 people aged 60 and over, including those living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 27 residents were living there. Staff demonstrated understanding of how to keep people safe, managing risks effectively and reporting safety concerns for investigation. The home maintained appropriate staffing levels with staff recruited safely, and medicines were administered by trained personnel. The premises was clean with staff implementing measures to minimise cross-infection risks. The home had systems in place to learn from incidents and work to prevent recurrence.
