Watford House Residential Home

Watford House provides personal care to up to 43 older people and younger adults, some with physical disabilities or dementia diagnoses. At inspection, 40 people were using the service.

People are protected from harm and abuse by staff trained to recognise and respond to safeguarding concerns. The home has sufficient staffing levels to meet people's needs, with staff trained to assess and safely manage risks. Systems for monitoring safe medicine management have improved since the last inspection, and people receive their medicines safely.
