Watford House Residential Home

Watford House Residential Home provides residential care for older people. The CQC looked into the service after concerns were raised about a safeguarding incident, and inspectors found no outstanding concerns, judging people living there to be safe and well cared for overall.

Staff had been trained to recognise and respond to signs of abuse, and knew what actions to take to protect people. Risk assessments were in place to guide staff in supporting people safely, helping to reduce the chance of avoidable harm. The service maintained its Good rating.
