Holme Lodge

Holme Lodge is a residential home providing accommodation and personal care for up to 19 people with physical disabilities. At inspection, 17 people were using the service. The home is an extensively extended former family home located in a residential area of West Bridgford.

The home maintains risk management plans to ensure risks are managed safely, with regular safety checks carried out on the premises. The environment is clean and staff follow infection control principles. Systems and processes are in place to protect people from avoidable harm, with sufficient staffing available to respond to people's needs.
