About Lilibet House

Lilibet House, in Nottinghamshire, is a respite care home providing short-term breaks for adults with a learning disability and autistic people. The CQC rated the service Good overall, finding staff kind, skilled and person-centred, with good support for independence, choice and community life. Some environmental risks had not been considered in enough detail, though people were kept mostly safe.

Families and the person using the service spoke highly of the care, describing staff as patient, respectful and attentive, and the home as calm and welcoming. Relatives noted improvements in confidence and independence, and no one raised safeguarding concerns or complaints. Inspectors found leaders and staff shared a culture focused on dignity, inclusion and ordinary life opportunities for people.
