Levina House

Levina House provides support for up to six people with learning disabilities. At the time of inspection, all six residents were living at the service. Staff demonstrated creative approaches to help people feel comfortable using personal protective equipment, resulting in residents voluntarily adopting PPE themselves. They took time to explain the pandemic and encouraged residents to talk about their feelings. Where possible, the team maintained social distancing and found innovative ways to support residents during this period.
