United Response - 1 St Alphege Road

This residential care home supports five people living with mental health needs, some of whom also have learning disabilities and health conditions like diabetes. Residents live in their own flats within the service.

A long-standing staff team provides care with a strong understanding of each resident's individual needs. People described staff as kind, caring and helpful, and reported feeling supported to express their wishes and preferences. Residents are placed at the centre of their care planning and decision-making. Staff actively support people to stay safe and help them understand situations where they might be vulnerable.
