Hillbrook Grange

Hillbrook Grange provides residential care and accommodation to up to 41 older people across two floors. At inspection, 35 people were using the service. The home has shared facilities including adapted bathrooms, lounge and dining areas, and a secure outside space accessible via lift.

While improvements have been made to medicines management since the previous inspection, people remain at risk of not receiving their medicines safely. Staff have undergone safe recruitment checks and understand how to safeguard people and report concerns. The home maintains clean and tidy premises and supports people to receive visits.
