Meadway Court

Meadway Court provides personal care to up to 42 people aged 65 and over across two floors, with single and shared bedrooms and communal areas. At inspection, 32 residents were using the service, many living with dementia.

Inspectors found that medicines were not always safely managed, with risk assessments and equipment in place but checks not consistently robust enough to ensure proper functioning. While suitable staff recruitment processes were followed, there were not always enough staff who knew residents and their individual needs well. The home was clean and tidy, though infection prevention processes were not consistently applied throughout the service.
