Call bell response times had improved but delays still occurred, and staffing levels remained a concern raised by people and families.

Despite this, inspectors found people and relatives spoke highly of staff, describing them as kind and attentive, with good food, mealtime experiences and social activities including intergenerational events. The home was clean and well maintained, though further work was needed to make the environment more dementia-friendly.
