Chester House Care Home

Chester House Care Home provides personal care to up to 14 people aged 65 and over. At the time of inspection, 11 people were living at the service.

Staff understand how to recognise and respond to abuse concerns, keeping people protected from harm. People were happy living in the home and felt safe, with risks well managed. Medicines are handled safely, and staff work with other healthcare professionals to meet people's individual needs.

The service supports people to have maximum choice and control over their lives, with staff working in the least restrictive way possible. Policies and systems in place support this approach to care.
