Highview Residential Home

Highview Residential Home is registered to care for up to 19 people, including older people living with dementia and frailty. The CQC rated the service Good overall, finding that safeguarding procedures protected people from harm, staff were well supported and skilled, and leadership and monitoring systems were effective.

Inspectors found that care was person centred, with care plans and risk assessments in place, and people's rights and preferences respected. Staff were described as kind and caring. Residents and relatives spoke positively, with one relative saying the home had given them freedom from worry, and another saying they would choose to live there themselves.
